Aysedasi's Le Mans

Once into the Village there was only one place I was heading to - the 'Welcome' building of course.  I arrived there at about 3.45 am to find it deserted up on the roof and I immediately set about taking shots at my favourite time of the race from my favourite place on the circuit.  I've never claimed to be a great photographer, in fact in comparison to other shots I see each year of Le Mans, I know that some of my efforts are pretty crude, but I was very pleased with what I managed to get this year from this amazing location.  

I spent about three quarters of an hour photographing pit stops on the tribunes and then decided to take another walk down to the Esses.  It probably wasn't a great idea as I had already realised that I'd blistered my feet in the new pair of trainers I had worn this year.  Bad idea - message to self - never wander around Le Mans for hours in brand new shoes....
