These are galleries of photographs taken by an "ordinary" Le Mans spectator (me, that is!) and were virtually all taken from areas of the circuit to which "ordinary" spectators have access, hence the occasional head in shot (more often than not, a professional photographer getting in the way!) and, particularly as the years go by, the encroachment of the scourge of the amateur motor racing photographer - the dreaded debris fencing. In each case, the galleries are accompanied by my own story of my trip to Le Mans that year.   Each thumbnail links to that year's gallery/story.
